Turn a list of capabilities into an experience that shows how they connect.

The problem
A conventional CV could list the work, but gave visitors little opportunity to explore the thinking behind it.
The decision
Build a character-selection experience around three connected perspectives: strategist, experience builder and systems thinker.
What was built
A public profile with three perspective selectors, four project dossiers, a career timeline, LinkedIn, a conversation interface and a searchable PDF. The original cut-out avatar has a continuous twelve-second loop of spatial motion, light and orbital elements.
Observed result
The published profile was opened and its navigation, project-to-chat route and PDF download were checked. Desktop and phone-sized layouts were inspected.

Use AI to find an answer without giving it permission to invent a career.

The problem
A small generative model produced unsupported project details during a real test.
The decision
Use on-device question answering to select a matching profile source. The interface displays the original curated answer, with its source note.
What was built
An immediate profile guide and an optional local AI mode. A source-selection guard rejects unknown records, unsupported excerpts and weak model selections.
Observed result
Live model loading and source-selected answers were observed in the published profile. Private-data requests were rejected. Reproducible code checks cover routing, missing facts, public-data boundaries and model-output validation.

A pathway built

A curriculum is more useful when each stage leaves something a learner can show.

The saved CLASS[Λ] curriculum map defines 20 classes across five studios. Each studio connects lessons to a tangible output, progressing from personal AI workflows to a venture brief.

This case presents the curriculum design documented in September 2026. It does not claim that all 20 classes were delivered, or that learner or business outcomes were measured.
